Sage Bundles

Individual bundles of dried white sage that is perfect for “smudging” or for the act of cleansing the air around you.

White sage (Salvia Apiana) is from the coastal mountains of California. This is a broad leaf sage which is prized for its strong aromatic properties. These small bundles are approximately 3 to 4 inches, contains approximately 7-8 piece,  and are perfect for one-time use.

Sage is one of the most sacred herbs among indigenious North American peoples. The clean burning sage is used in the energy cleansing ritual known as smudging (or purification), which in theory means the smoke would attach itself to the negative energy of the area and cleanse it so that it becomes positive energy. Abalone shells are often used to burn the sage or to extinguish the smudge bundle after use.

Bundle Measurements: Approx 4” L x 1.5” W

**The “Abalone Bundle” has either a small green or a small red abalone (depending on what we have in stock) tied to the sage using a piece of hemp. The abalone shell is approx. 1”-2” long

The Lavender pieces will vary in shape and how many flowers are on it, depending on the piece that was cut, but all bundle will have the same basic design.
