Shipping Policies
All seashell/sealife orders will ship within 3-5 business days or sooner when in stock.
All out of stock items will ship within 3-4 weeks. unless otherwise specified.
All custom orders may take up to 6 weeks depending on the size of the item.

I will use USPS for all small light weight items. If an item is more than 8 lbs I may use Fed Ex Ground.
I am happy to use UPS if you prefer, but there will be an upcharge depending on the size and shape of the item.
* IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be sure you provide me with your correct address, as I can not be responsible
for your items once they are in the hands of the USPS. Thank you for understanding

We have been shipping items for over 20 years so we know how to pack them well.
Exchanges are always welcome.
Merchandise in it's original condition my be returned for exchange or store credit less shipping charges within 7 days of receipt.
Simply email us to obtain a return authorization number. Please be sure to send returned wrapped well in a sturdy box.
We can not be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
• I will issue you a credit or exchange once the item is shipped back to me in the original, unused, within 2 weeks of 1st return request.
• All shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Please Inquire about exchange policy for Custom orders. Some custom order are not exchangeable, I will discuss via convo before selling.
